It is a miracle I did not hurl lol. I feel incredible now but dang that was the most “insane” (see what I did there?:p) workout I have ever experienced.

BODY PUMP
should be used as a form of torture! haha jk, but it was so intense, and I didn’t really know what it was going into it. Holy crap! It was all arms, and mine are spaghetti noodles. I never really put much emphasis on my arms when I work out, so that was definately brand new to me. omg….cardio only tomorrow. I’ll be lucky if I can pick up a pencil, much less weights.

waxflowers asked: I have found my routine to be pretty successful. I run for 30 minutes, doing 2 minutes for 4.0 mph, then 2 minutes at 6.0 mph, and alternating between the two. :) Same with the elliptical but with intervals and resistance.
